The Everly at Rouzan is home to 277 residential units. We offer 14 different floor plans for studio apartments, 1-bedroom apartments, 2-bedroom apartments, and 3-bedroom apartments. Every apartment at The Everly at Rouzan boasts open-concept floor plans, beautiful wide-plank flooring, oversized patios and balconies, stainless-steel energy-efficient appliances, and full-size in-unit washer and dryer. How long is a lease?
We offer lease terms from 3 months all the way to 22 months
Are pets allowed?
Yes, The Everly at Rouzan welcomes your furry friends. We allow 2 pets per apartment. There is a $450 pet fee and $25 monthly pet rent per pet.
Can I pay rent online?
